Why churches choose RiskEZI for risk assessments

Your own scale

Five levels of likelihood and consequence, defined in your words.

Before and after

Rate the risk, name the control, rate what is left.

Reusable

Save to a master list and duplicate it for the next event.

Shared library

Import an assessment another church has already written.

Tied to the event

Controls travel with the runsheet they belong to.

Visible to the board

Show what changed, not just what could go wrong.

Risk assessments

Your scale, your words

Build the matrix your church actually uses — five levels of likelihood, five of consequence, and what each colour means. Not a generic grid you have to translate.

Risk assessments

Before and after, on every risk

Record the risk as it stands, the control you're putting in place, and the risk that's left once it's in. That last number is the one your board wants.

  • Inherent, control, residual — all three recorded
  • See which controls actually move the number

How risk assessments works

1

Describe the risk

What could go wrong, where, and during which activity.

2

Rate it

Likelihood and consequence, on your own matrix.

3

Name the control

What you are actually going to do about it.

4

Rate it again

The residual risk once the control is in place.

5

Reuse it

Save to the master list for next time.

See it: A High risk becoming Low, with the control named in between, on a matrix set up in your own language.

Replaces: The assessment template in someone's documents folder, and the version of it nobody can find.

The rest of it

Incident reporting

Anyone can file a report in a minute. Only the people you name can open it.

Event planning

Build the runsheet once, attach the risks to it, and reuse it every week.

Volunteer clearance

Blue card current, policies read, form completed, leader signed off — and RiskEZI tells you before any of it expires.

Handle risk assessments with clarity and confidence.

Twenty minutes with someone who knows churches, on your own examples.
